1. Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after PayPal payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to many domestic and international destinations. Available methods depend on address, item restrictions, parcel size, and carrier availability.

3. Estimated Transit Times

• Standard: generally 7–15 business days after dispatch
• Express: generally 5–10 business days where offered
• Remote destinations and customs may require additional time

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs, and peak periods may cause delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Available fees are displayed at checkout and may depend on destination, parcel weight, dimensions, value, and service.

5. Address Accuracy

Check your address before payment. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for problems caused by an incorrect customer-provided address.

6. Tracking

When available, tracking is sent after dispatch and may require 24–72 hours to show the first carrier scan.

7. Customs and Duties

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these are the recipient's responsibility.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

Contact us with your order number if tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged. Report visible damage within 7 days and keep all packaging while reviewed.

9. Split Shipments

Items may occasionally ship separately, with more than one tracking number and delivery.
