• Authorization requested within the return window

3. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, final-sale, customer-damaged, and incomplete items are generally ineligible unless received defective or incorrect, subject to consumer law.

4. Starting a Return

Email support@melqivora.com with your order number, item, reason, and photographs for damage or error. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

5. Return Shipping

Customers generally pay return shipping for preference-based returns. Use a trackable service. If we sent a verified defective or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

6. Inspection and Refund Timing

We inspect returns and notify you of approval. Approved refunds are submitted to the original PayPal method, normally within 5–10 business days of inspection. PayPal or your institution may need additional posting time.
